Institut Mèdic Especialitzat La Ràpita (IME) is a private, multidisciplinary medical centre at Av. del Dr. Ferran, 73. It brings together specialists who also work in hospitals in Barcelona and Tortosa, so that patients in the Terres de l'Ebre area can be diagnosed, treated and followed up close to home.
Who we are
Doctors from different specialties work together to provide a complete service, so you do not have to look for referrals or change centres. The team keeps growing with new professionals and new therapies.
The centre has been registered with the Catalan Health Department (Departament de Salut, Generalitat de Catalunya) since 2018. The medical director and person responsible for healthcare is Dr Luis Ramírez Núñez (medical licence no. 56226).
